Confirmation Ministry-A Ministry with Middle School Students

Sixth, Seventh and Eighth graders are welcome to participate in Trinity’s Confirmation Ministry. This ministry partners with these students and their families in preparing them to affirm their baptism during a worship service in the spring of the student’s 8^th grade year. The Bible and Luther’s Small catechism are the two core books.

Through Bible reading, service, and social events, students grow in their faith as they integrate what they know with how they are experiencing their lives.

Students are asked to make weekly postings on Trinity’s Confirmation 2011-2012 blog in response to questions Pastor Tom posts there. This blog requires Pastor Tom’s approval to access.

Sunday School

Children from 3 years old thru 8th grade gather from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Sunday Mornings to learn about God through scripture and music while worshiping with their friends. The school year runs from the Sunday after Labor Day thru the Sunday before Memorial Day. Holiday schedules and Christmas Program information will be announced. Children and their friends are welcome to join at any time.
